The Allegheny Intermediate Unit provides the following opportunities for Gifted Educators:

Western Pennsylvania Gifted Regional Day

The Western PA Gifted Regional Day brings together educators and leaders from across the region for a dynamic day of learning dedicated to gifted students — featuring keynote sessions, workshops, and collaborative networking. Guided by the theme "Beyond Labels: Cultivating Talent in Every Learner," this year's sessions highlight equity, social-emotional learning, and practical strategies for developing the potential in every gifted learner.  This one-day conference will be held at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit on March 12, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
