Remake Learning Days is an exciting, one-of-a-kind festival that lights up May with free, hands-on learning adventures for all ages! Hosted by an incredible mix of libraries, schools, museums, employers, and community centers, this festival is all about discovering new passions, trying out cool activities, and learning in the most fun ways possible.

What makes it even more amazing? The festival teams up with the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Career Ready PA initiative to show how hands-on learning powers up your skills for future careers. Each year schools register for the Career Ready PA Backpack Challenge and earn digital artifacts for their career portfolio.  Last year, 29 schools earned over 100 artifacts and a banner for their schools. At the festival, students earn badges, create career portfolio artifacts, and get a jump-start on their futures!

The Backpack Challenge combines exciting teamwork, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking activities with Pennsylvania’s Career Education and Work Standards. Each session is packed with engaging experiences that connect real-world skills to future dreams, making learning not just educational but an unforgettable adventure!
