We’re happy to help you get an official transcript of all the CPE courses you’ve completed through the Allegheny Intermediate Unit (AIU).

To have your e-transcript sent to the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) or another organization, just follow these simple steps:

1. Complete the e-Transcript Request Form
2. Submit your $10.00 transcript fee using the secure online payment button below. (Please note: American Express is not accepted.)
3. Email us at transcripts@aiu3.net to confirm that you’ve submitted your form and completed payment.

Once we receive everything, please allow up to seven business days for processing. We’ll then send your transcript electronically to PDE or any other recipients you listed—and you’ll also get a copy by email for your records.

If we need any additional information, we’ll reach out to you by email.

Please note the following: 

• If you’ve taken CPE courses through a different Intermediate Unit, you’ll need to contact them directly. We can only provide transcripts for courses completed through AIU.
• If you are applying for your Level II Certification or Masters Equivalency, you should have an active application in TIMS before we send in your transcript.
