The AIU provides a variety of professional development opportunities for school district leaders.
Leadership Seminars
The AIU hosts monthly meetings with the Superintendents’ Advisory Council which review current federal, state and local issues that impact school districts. Annual professional development programs are held as well.
School Board Seminars
The AIU provides biannual professional development for new and veteran school board directors addressing a range of topics and management-related issues.
PA Inspired Leadership
The Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership (PIL) Program is a statewide, standards-based continuing professional education program for school and system leaders.
