    Technology Assessments and Managed Services

    Technology is the backbone at every organization and school district. To help school districts operate in the most cost-efficient manner possible, the AIU’s Information Technology staff provides a variety of services including infrastructure assessments and managed services. The division’s services include virtual IT director, network administrator, help desk, technical support, PIMS administrator and E-rate support.     E-Rate Program

    The E-Rate program provides discounts to assist most schools and libraries in the United States to obtain affordable telecommunications and Internet access. The Schools and Libraries Program supports connectivity - the conduit or pipeline for communications using telecommunications services and/or the Internet. Funding is requested under four categories of service: telecommunications services, Internet access, internal connections, and basic maintenance of internal connections.
