On June 17, the Fatherhood Collaborative Council of Southwestern Pennsylvania (FCCWPA) hosted the third annual Fatherhood Engagement Conference. The FCCWPA connects with organizations to share and advocate for education, health, and wellness resources for fathers and male caretakers in the region. Fathers, caretakers, service providers, community leaders, and others attended the conference to discuss ways to help dads become healthier supports for their families, communities, and selves.
As a partner organization of the FCCWPA, the AIU helped organize and promote the event. We thank our fellow partners, Healthy Start, the Allegheny County DHS, and the Allegheny County Health Department, for helping to organize this year’s conference.
