Pittsburgh/Allegheny County Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC)
The Pittsburgh/Allegheny County Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC) is a group of families, professionals, and community members who work to improve the delivery of Early Intervention services for young children with developmental delays and disabilities. The LICC welcomes all families and professionals who have an interest in Early Intervention.
Virtual Parent Cafe Series
Parent Cafés are virtual guided group meetings where parents come together to talk, share, and support each other. Parents learn ways to keep their families strong. These cafés are for Pennsylvania families in Early Intervention or Home Visiting programs.

- October 21, 2026 from 12-2 p.m.
- November 11, 2026 from 12-2 p.m.
Seats are limited. Register here.
- Cafés are virtual. A Zoom link will be sent after registration.
- Registration survey provides an opportunity for ADA accommodation requests.
- Childcare reimbursement available through age 17 if needed to participate in the café.
