The Allegheny Intermediate Unit reviewed its Wellness Policy Assessment on May 12, 2026. The workshop session was part of the triennial assessment, which all local education agencies are required to complete at least once every three years.

During the meeting, stakeholders reviewed our latest Wellness Policy Assessment and to help develop any additional elements and goals to help foster a supportive environment for student nutrition and physical activity.
