Yes — log into your profile before starting the application so your progress is saved.

Can I edit a submitted job application?
No. Once an application is submitted, you cannot make changes.

Can I submit a paper application or resume?
No. All applications must be submitted through the online system.

Do I need to complete all application fields if I submit a resume?
Yes. All required fields must be completed to be considered.


Application Status and Notifications 

How do I know if I successfully submitted my application?
You must click “SUBMIT” and agree to the conditions of employment. A confirmation email will be sent once your application is received.

Will I receive updates about my application?

  • All applicants receive a confirmation email.
  • Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted further.

Will I be considered for other positions if I’m not selected?
Yes, if you meet the qualifications for other open positions, you may be considered.


Understanding Job Listings 

What does it mean if a job has multiple locations listed?
This usually means:

  • There are multiple openings at different sites
    OR
  • The work location may vary depending on need

Internal Applicants 

I’m an internal employee. How do I apply or bid on a position?

  • Log into the internal employee portal in Oracle
  • From your Oracle homepage, click “Current Jobs” to view and apply for postings
  • If you are bidding on a job, open the posting, click the “apply” button, indicate that you are a member of the bargaining unit, and click the “submit” button. You are welcome to provide your PPID number and an updated resume, but that is not required.
  • If you are applying for a position and are not subject to bidding protocols, please provide your PPID number, if relevant, and upload a new resume.
