Pennsylvania Migrant Education Program Evaluation

The PA Department of Education Migrant Education Program (MEP) has contracted with Allegheny Intermediate Unit's department of Evaluation, Grants, and Data to conduct its annual state-wide evaluation of the MEP and migrant student outcomes. PA MEP state evaluation reports can be viewed at PDE's Migrant Education Program page.

Summer, Parent and Youth Surveys
Updated surveys for summer will become available and shared directly with Project Managers in June/July each year. All surveys are due by September 30th annually.
Program Reporting Templates
- Project Area Partnership Forms will be shared directly with Project Managers in September and are due November 1st annually.
- Summer Program Attendance and Teacher List [MS Excel] - Due September 30th annually. Please password protect this file and submit to Falon Weidman.
MEP Monthly Reporting
All project areas must use the MEP Monthly Report online system to submit their monthly reports by the 10th of each month for the prior month.
Kindergarten Readiness/Preparation
All staff must enter data into the KPI Online system. Staff may organize their data for entry using the KPI Data Form.
