Dr. Jill Jacoby, Assistant Executive Director of Teaching & Learning

Dr. Jill Jacoby is a seasoned educator who has held progressively responsible instructional and leadership positions with school districts in eastern and southwestern Pennsylvania. For the past twenty years, she has served as the superintendent and as an elementary school principal in the Fort Cherry School District. Previously, Dr. Jacoby served as an elementary teacher in the Shikellamy School District, located in Northumberland County. Dr. Jacoby earned a doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Bucknell University. She holds a variety of credentials including a Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility and state certifications in elementary education as well as administration, curriculum and instruction.
