This three-day training series is designed to build school-based capacity for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs). Participants will engage in all components of the FBA and PBSP process, including data collection, hypothesis development, function-based intervention design, crisis planning, and implementation fidelity. Because each session builds upon previous content, participants are expected to attend all in-person training days.

Optional follow-up Zoom sessions will be offered after each training day for participants seeking access to Training of Trainers (TOT) materials. These sessions will provide opportunities to review content, ask questions, and prepare to facilitate learning within their own schools and districts.
