In early fall, kids from across the Mon Valley and beyond took the field to celebrate the fun of reading. The Huddle Up and Read event, hosted by Reading Ready Pittsburgh, featured all-star storytellers and riveting books under the lights of the William V. Campbell athletic field. The Steel Valley band and cheer team performed a halftime show to keep the momentum going. We thank Reading Ready Pittsburgh for inviting the AIU and other literacy organizations to support this exciting event.
