In early May, high school and pre-K students from South Allegheny School District put their artistic minds together to bring their imaginations to life. AIU Pre-K Counts staff helped their students design friendly monsters to send to the high school’s technical education department. Dedicated high schoolers constructed the cuddly creatures with fabric, stuffing, and thread and introduced them to their pre-K friends. The project brought together the district’s youngest and oldest students to learn new skills and connect imaginatively.
