SUMMARY:TCCAC Annual Meeting Series: Session 2
DESCRIPTION:For the 2026–2027 school year\, the Transition Coordinating Council of Allegheny County (TCCAC) will host four full-day\, in-person meetings. These sessions are intentionally designed to provide dedicated time for high-quality professional learning\, cross-agency networking\, strategic coordination\, and the development of practical tools and resources. Each meeting will engage transition coordinators\, educators\, administrators\, families\, and agency partners in meaningful learning experiences focused on strengthening collaboration\, enhancing problem-solving\, and improving coordinated supports for transition-age youth with disabilities. \nThe series emphasizes building systems and practices that empower students to successfully navigate their individualized pathways toward graduation\, identify postsecondary outcomes and foster success beyond the IEP.
