The Allegheny Intermediate Unit is currently seeking a Facility Operations Manager for its Finance Division. Reporting to the Chief Finance and Operations Officer, the Facility Operations Manager is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction for the Central Office facility operations to include acting as project manager for the implementation of building feasibility findings.
A Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum of eight (8) years of project, property, facility, or operations management experience. Experience with additional school district operations (e.g. transportation, food service, etc.)
