The AIU’s offers educational opportunities for students who possess high levels of talent and comprehension.  Administrators coordinate a variety of activities that promote learning and explore career interests.

Academic Events for Gifted and Talented Students 

The AIU provides various academic competitions for elementary and secondary students.

Apprenticeship Program 

The Apprenticeship Program provides for hands-on, behind the scenes experiences and gives students the opportunities to make connections with organizations and people who can help them as they pursue their career choices.

Professional Development and Consultation  

Professional development, in-service programs, curriculum development, and technical assistance are available to teachers and administrators who serve gifted students.  There are also opportunities to engage with national and local experts.
