Our Purpose

Our purpose is to empower young people by providing them with the expertise to live, work and play in their communities as productive and contributing citizens.

What We Do

Career Dynamics provides career education and school-to-career services for eligible youth in select school districts in Allegheny County. Students are given the tools and the support to remain in school, attain a high school diploma, and to develop worker characteristics and marketable skills that make them ready to be employed or to attend post secondary education.

This is a youth workforce development program funded by the Allegheny County Department of Office of Community Service and Department of Human Services. Career Pathways creates partnerships with students' families and teachers through initiatives with Keys2Work, the TRWIB, CWDS and other Allegheny County resources.
