Operations and Educational Services

The AIU's Operations and Educational Services Division oversees the organization's Human Resources and Special Education Departments.  For more information about these services, contact Dr. Michael Brinkos at michael.brinkos@aiu3.net.

Human Resources  

The Human Resources Department administers employment policies and procedures, and is responsible for human relations conciliation, recruitment, contract negotiation, staffing and new employee orientation. 

Special Education

The AIU's Special Education services are available to all school districts throughout Allegheny County.  The special education staff includes supervisors, psychologists, teachers, clinicians and paraprofessionals who provide educational services tailored to match district requests.
